Our Team Goal For 2023 Is To Donate $20,000 To Orlando’s Own Grace Medical Home.

We will contribute a portion of our earnings from each house we sell to Grace Medical Home in their quest to heal, save, cure, and comfort patients under their care. Your referrals will help us achieve our goal and help those in need right here in Central Florida.

More than 185,000 people in Orange County are uninsured and have no access to quality health care. Grace Medical Home steps in to serve our community’s ongoing physical, spiritual, mental health, and dental needs.

Grace recognizes that the needs of their patients go much deeper than primary care medicine. They’ve revolutionized their approach to care by considering patients’ entire well-being. Grace Medical aims to ensure all of their patients are not only medically healthy but spiritually and emotionally healthy as well.

Grace addresses the social determinants of health by connecting patients with the community resources they need to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Since its inception in 2010, Grace has served more than 5,000 patients and reduced patients’ ER visits, totaling more than $2.4 million since 2015.

Last year, through local donations and medical professionals volunteering, Grace Medical provided over 16,000 patient visits; Grace is essential to people who desperately need continuous comprehensive health care.

Grace Medical Home is not a building, house, or hospital but an approach to providing ongoing, comprehensive primary care.

Think of a medical home as a hub or base where a patient’s medical history is known and their medical care is coordinated. Patients have an ongoing and personal relationship with their physician and a place to turn for their healthcare needs.

We are thankful to have such an excellent facility close by, doing great work to help heal and save people.
The Young and Younger team is determined to do what we can to help. For homes we sell this year, we will donate a portion of each of our commission checks to Grace Medical Home.
