  Scott did an excellent job selling my house of 23 yrs.  He held my hand through the entire process and was there to help whenever needed. Hey, he even watched my dog for me one day when they had to do an inspection and I couldn’t be at home now that’s excellent customer service.   I worked with Brad and his team in the last month to sell my property in downtown Orlando. When looking at real estate companies experience in the downtown market, understanding, property values and all the intricacies of selling a townhome/condominium Brad and his team are top notch!

We sold our condominium at a higher sales price than most new construction properties. 👍

I highly recommend working with Brad and his team. Their knowledge of the downtown market, dealing with the appraisals and getting the highest dollar value for your property are the areas where I feel like they provided the best value.
