The HOA condo maintenance dues includes all the exterior building maintenance, painting, roof, lawn, irrigation, hazard insurance, plus it also includes the electric, water, cable, internet, pest services, answering machine services from the switchboard, local telephone calls, and inside maintenance at a discounted rate when needed.
