Shawn is an effing savage!!! The deal he negotiated for us was out of this world! We were able to get our home $20k under appraisal, have the seller pay for our closing cost, $8k in concessions, and we had money left over to buy down our rate. Again, Shawn has those negotiation skills on lock. Another thing I have to mention is his ability to provide fantastic customer service by taking ownership of our needs and resolving all our issues.
